"Best Gym in Noida. If you’re looking for a pocket friendly, environment friendly gym, this is the place to go. The best thing about this gym is the crowd. Mr. Rishi, who owns the Gym doesn’t allow hooligans in this gym. Only serious people who actually want to workout and enjoy every workout session are allowed. Additionally, we sometimes celebrate birthdays of each other because it’s a wonderful community and people are friendly. I’ve been going here since 2017 and now the gym is rebranded with new equipment and renovations. I highly recommend this gym. Mr. Rishi will help you create a diet chart and a workout plan and guarantees transformation in 3 months if you follow his plan religiously. His experience and knowledge of 2 decades helps a lot in navigating your workout journey if you’re a beginner or even an expert gym goer. You will always learn something new and that’s very exciting.
